Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. Business days do not include holidays. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales or holiday periods.
We currently ship to the United States only and, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to U.S. territories or foreign countries. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $111 within the contiguous U.S.
Delivery times may also be affected by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays or other unexpected circumstances.
If you have questions about shipping fees, our Customer Care team is happy to help. Note that items ordered together may not arrive together.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
For shipment to Alaska and Hawaii, contact our Customer Care team. Expedited delivery and freight delivery is not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 12-14 business days. Please note that some flammable items cannot ship outside the continental US.
At TAKESPIRE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept full-price merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused, in sellable condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or stains, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded.
To start a return, please visit Return or reach out to our customer care team at support@takespire.com for a return authorization. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing Returns:
Once you have received a return authorization from our customer care team, repack your item in the original or similar protective packaging and send it to:

Returned items must be sent with proper postage; packages with postage due will be returned to the sender. If an item(s) is received to our warehouse that has not been approved for return a refund will not be issued.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible as support@takespire.com. We'll do our best to assist you, though cancellations may depend on the order status at the time of your request.
Online orders may be changed and canceled within 24 hours of submission. We regret that we are not able to modify or cancel orders for in-stock merchandise after 24 hours. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value. In some cases, it is possible to cancel backordered items, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. To change or cancel an order you already placed, please contact customer care team.
Special Order
Special order items are made just for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept returns on these items.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that sale items are final and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@takespire.com.
